It’s really uncommon but not entirely unheard of for a game character to get a crush on a gamer, especially since the kids who started playing in the 80’s and 90’s kept playing as they grew up. Just like the reverse situation, having feelings for a gamer is at best considered weird, and at worst considered crazy and unhealthy.

My headcanon Sniper is amazingly awkward when it comes to anything related to being romantic. Like he tries to act sexy for someone and they either end up laughing or just kinda like “oh baby it’s okay I know you tried your best no it’s okay really…bless your heart…” and his partner ends up cuddling to console him for a while and then when it comes to the actual sex part he acts like a fucking beast.

But anything related to foreplay Sniper just gets a big you tried star.
